Frequently Asked Questions
• What kind of Art work should I send?
We accept electronic art. This includes these file types: JPEG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, and AI.
• When will I recieve a product sample?
You will recieve a sample cap within 10 business days of your approval of the design.
• Can I make changes to the design or make corrections after my caps have been put into production?
No. Once the caps are in productions we can not make any changes to the design. Please look over your sample cap and make sure that everything is correct and and properly layed out.
• How long does it take for my caps to be produced once ordered?
From the time you approve your pre-production sample, it will take approximatly 60-70 days for you tou to recieve your caps.
• Do I need to give a deposit with my order?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required on all embroidered orders. C.O.D., credit card or cashiers check is required on all first orders unless an open account has been established.
